Crhs PTSO Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting the Crofton High School Parent Teacher Student Organization (PTSO). We are a nonprofit, volunteer-run organization, and your contributions go directly toward supporting our school community. Please review our refund policy below: 

All PTSO membership dues are considered donations and are non-refundable. 

 Refunds for event tickets may be issued under the following conditions:

• A refund request must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled event.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
• If the event is canceled by the PTSO, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders.

 Refunds or exchanges may be allowed for spirit wear or merchandise purchases if:

• The item is defective or incorrect (e.g., wrong size shipped or misprint).
• A request is made within 14 days of delivery.
• The item is returned in unused, original condition.

Please note: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.

 All donations made to the Crofton High School PTSO are final and non-refundable. 

Please email your request to the PTSO Treasurer with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:

• Your full name
• The item/event name
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the request

Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.
