VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Cardinals First Flight & Cardinal Bowl Volunteers Needed 11/21
We need two “grill masters” from 5 - 6 pm to grill up some burgers and hot dogs for sale at the concession stand. Additionally, we need four concession stand workers from 5:15 - 6:45 pm to take and fulfill orders. Grill masters and concession workers will be admitted free to the Cardinal Bowl. Concessions will close at the end of halftime. Then volunteers may enjoy watching the remainder of the Cardinal Bowl game! We also need volunteers to check in families for the Cardinals First Flight ceremony and assist on the field. Gates open at 5:30 pm, and the ceremony will be at 6 pm.
VOLUNTEERS & DONATIONS NEEDED
Coffee Cart for Staff 11/25
The PTSO is thrilled to treat our hardworking teachers and staff with a FREE coffee cart on conference day, Monday, November 25! We’re seeking donations of snacks and volunteers to make this event a success. Since Crofton High is such a large school, we’ll have four carts making the rounds! How Volunteers Can Help: Volunteers will take the carts door-to-door, offering staff coffee and treats. If any staff members aren’t yet PTSO members, simply ask them to sign in on the clipboard (membership is free!). Volunteer & Drop-Off Details: Arrival Time: 8:30 AM at the school; the event should wrap up by 10 AM. Snack Drop-Off: Donations can be dropped off at the PTSO President's house on Saturday, November 23, or Sunday, November 24, or at the school by 8:30 AM on Monday, November 25. Thank you for supporting our amazing staff—your contributions make a difference!
