Senior Yard Signs are here! Parents of graduates, show your pride by ordering a yard sign celebrating your senior. A portion of the sales will be donated back to the PTSO to benefit senior activities.All signs must be picked up from Annapolis Copy & Print; delivery is not available. Order now through Thursday, May 23rd! If you missed out on ordering a banner, you can order that as well for pick up; it will be for your personal use and will not be hung at the school.

Ordering information from Annapolis Copy & Print is on the PTSO website HERE. A portion of the sales will be donated back to the PTSO to benefit senior activities. Order banners by March 31, 2024 if you would like them delivered and hung at school. After March 31, you can order a banner and pick it up directly from Annapolis Copy & Print for your personal use.  Senior Banners that are currently hung at the school will be distributed at the Cookout after Graduation Rehearsal on Thurs. 5/30.

Please order from Jostens HERE by April 15, 2024. *If you did not order, your student MUST see Mr. Godfrey ASAP.* This is a requirement to participate in the graduation ceremony. Students should pick up their caps & gowns 4/25 & 26 in the cafeteria during Cardinals Connect. If they are not able to pick them up, please have your student see Mr. Godfrey.

*Please note: your cap and gown unit comes with a tassel to be worn at graduation. Additional keepsake tassels can be purchased at this site.

Through fundraising, we are able to bring in carnival games, a game truck, Eco Adventures, Chick-fil-A sandwiches, Ledo’s Pizza, hot dogs courtesy of Molloy’s Irish Pub, Annapolis Ice Cream Company, Photo Booth & DJ from DJ Angie, & over $2K in prizes to the Sunset! Encourage your senior to PRE-REGISTER by Tuesday 5/21, as those who pre-register will receive 20 PRIZE TICKETS when they arrive at check-in. Use this link to pre-register for Senior Sunset.

Instead of a Senior Parade, we're encouraging all seniors to showcase their creativity by decorating their cars before Senior Sunset! On May 23, seniors can gather their friends and supplies after school to decorate then join us at Senior Sunset at 5 pm. Show your Cardinal spirit and commemorate graduation by arriving in style with decorated cars. It's an opportunity to drive around town in the days following Senior Sunset, spreading joy and celebration everywhere you go!

The PTSO is planning a special Senior Sunset on Thursday, May 23rd from 5-8 pm, but we need your support by helping us with some items from our Amazon Wish List.  Help us to make this event an amazing last day of school for our seniors! 

Do you want to attend the Senior Sunset? The only way to see our seniors experience their last day of school is to VOLUNTEER at the event.  Just a few slots remain. Sign up by clicking the link here.

Graduation practice will take place at Crofton High School on Thursday, May 30, 8:30-11:15 am. Attendance is MANDATORY. If you have a conflict, you must reach out to Bryan Godfrey. Graduation tickets and cords will be distributed during graduation practice. The Senior Cookout will take place immediately following the graduation practice.

If your student plans on participating in visiting their elementary school for a senior class walk/parade, please have them complete this google FORM. All needed details including dates, times, and logistics are embedded in the document. The form needs to be completed by May 15. 

The Stadium will be open from 1 - 3 pm on Graduation Day (6/4) if graduates and their families want to take cap & gown pictures.  

Graduation will take place at Live! on Tuesday, June 4 at 6 pm (5:55 processional starts), and families are allotted 8 tickets. Tickets and Graduation Cords will be distributed during graduation practice. Students need to arrive no later than 4:45 and it is STRONGLY encouraged for students to aim for a 4:30 arrival. Guests should aim to arrive 5:00-5:45, because the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:55.

If anyone in your party requires translation or mobility assistance, please complete this FORM

• Plan to arrive between 5:00 - 5:45. Do not arrive prior to 5:00 because there will be another graduation taking place. Please enter through the main lobby of the Hotel/Event Center. Crofton staff will be there to direct you.
• Parents are asked to park outside of the Live! Event Center. DO NOT park in the Costco parking lot.
• Students will enter graduation through the ramp that is located to the left of the main casino entrance.

• Doors will close at 5:55 for processional to start. Doors will re-open for guests after the National Anthem.
• Strictly prohibited items: balloons, signs, noise makers, outside food & drink. Please understand that the Live! staff will not allow these items in the ceremony. 
• At the conclusion of the ceremony, graduates will exit the Event Center as a class through the same ramp in which they entered. They will then cross the street and walk to the parking lot. Please do not deviate from this plan.

We want to see how much you've grown! Submit your or your student's baby picture to the yearbook at no charge HERE. All submissions are due by March 1, 2024.

Yearbook recognition ads are a great way to commemorate student achievements and share your well wishes. You submit entirely online OR mail photos/text to the company. Yearbook photos are taken through Legacy Studios by appointment. Senior Portrait Selection for the yearbook is due by December 22, 2023. The yearbook photo is free; optional print purchase is available.
